Dillon E. Durnford is a registered patent attorney and non-equity partner at Andrus Intellectual Property Law. Dillon’s practice focuses on acquiring strong patent protection for complex technological innovations through domestic and international patent prosecution. In addition to representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Dillon counsels clients on issues related to patentability, patent validity, and patent infringement.

Prior to his career as a patent attorney, Dillon worked as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, where he examined patent applications in digital imaging technologies.
Dillon received a law degree from George Mason School of Law (cum laude), with a specialization in intellectual property, and received an electrical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin.
