Donald J. O’Brien is a registered patent attorney and Senior Associate at Andrus Intellectual Property Law. He focuses his practice on acquiring strong patent protection for innovative computer technologies through domestic and international patent prosecution.

Don earned a B.A. (with distinction) in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was a student attorney at the Frank Remington Center. Don is a veteran and a former professional software engineer with full life-cycle and project management experience on numerous software, hardware, and network implementations.
